The Mauritian authorities have lifted the
cyclone warning on Saturday, January 27.
The UK FCO reports that ongoing disruption to
flights can be expected and advises travellers to check their flight status.
eTNW reports that a
Class II cyclone warning is in effect in Mauritius from January 24, and there
is a potential threat just north of the island tomorrow morning (Saturday).
Intermittent rain will become more frequent in
the afternoon and may be sometimes moderate to heavy with thunderstorms.
Travellers are advised to take necessary
precautions.
